—二甲胺基—2,3—二氯丙烷的制备过程,指出了发生副反应的途径和传统的生产工艺中存在的问题,分析了原因和解决途径,并提出了工艺改进的具体办法。小试成功地优化了工艺条件,减少了副反应,并将其成果直接应用于大生产,大幅度地提高了产品质量和收率。     Production process of 1-(dimethylamino)-2,3-dichloropropane was disussed. The way of side reaction and the existing problem in traditional process were put forward. And the reasons and solutions were analyzed. Process conditions were optimized, and side reaction was reduced in the lab scale experiment. The process that got in the test was applied in the production. Quality and yield were improved in a high range.
